Compare the Mortgage was founded to be able to give consumers the option to compare up to date mortgage rates, affordability limits, and rental yields at their leisure. To also be able to compare the specialist areas of the market, such as bridging finance, HMO’s and multi units, as well as the conventional buy to let and residential rates too – and we let you decide if you want to discuss further with us. All too often in the mortgage market, a consumer looks online to get an idea of interest rates, fills in their details to view interest rates but instead is greeted with a message that a consultant will be in touch. We will never do this. The founder of Compare the Mortgage, Ashley Morley, has extensive experience of being a mortgage consultant in all areas, from standard residential mortgages, right up to commercial lending. His goal for the company is to provide the highest quality service and advice, and to ensure the smoothest process for your mortgage application – whatever the scenario may be.
